Freki Battlewagon

Description

When the UC (United Colonies) decided to take back the wasteland, they knew they needed much more than just tanks.  The Freki Battlewagon was built upon old world wreckage/salvages as cost saving measures but has been upgraded to survive and dominate. Severing as an all-round utility vehicle, it's highly valuable in recon, salvage and Odin support. Highly mobile, fast, rugged and with ample stowage space, a single Freki can travel for days in the waste without resulpply. For the scrum that is encountered, a modified mounted rail gun, back dual mounted machine guns and smoke launchers can easily eliminate most threats. Working independently,in a pack or by Odin's side, the Freki are as deadly as a ravenous wolf.

This is my finished 1/35 kitbashed Humvee. Built up from an old and very crappy kit, with added kitbashed, photo etched, scratch built and resin stowage details. Painted with enamels and weathered with art acrylics and MIG pigments.
I built this Humvee to hopefully match my Odin tank for an upcoming diorama. While I am not 100% happy with it, it will need a bit more weathering and maybe a few more details (flag, forgot antenna too lol) I do like it allot more than the first time I built it. The kit was really crappy, so everything was a bit warped and off and details really lacking, while I feel like I upped the detail a bit, I'll have to buy a better Humvee kit someday and bash that too XD

Anyways sometime after the holidays Ill get to work on the diorama for this and the Odin tank. Should be a solid amount of work and fun, so I am a little excited to get it started. Thanks to everyone that helped me brainstorm names for this thing and BIG thanks to :iconcomcody336: for suggesting Freki.  As always questions comments and suggestions are welcome.
