Papercraft Enterprise A 3 by enc86 Papercraft Enterprise A 3 by enc86
"It has always been easier to destroy that to create" -- Spock
you can say that again Spock.the Enterprise A was the first Enterprise i was introduced to,years and years ago. the "A" design has a special place in my heart and is my favorite enterprise followed closely by the "D". man i was sick today when i made this thing and this is definitely not my best work, but there is always time to go back and revisit this kit someday. i used the same strategy that i used with the USS Reliant. the saucer section came out nice but i could of done a better job with the engineering section of the hull. the base is the stock stand and the enterprise will not rest on it long.well its time to rest and nurse my cold.and head over to [link] for this great template and more!

Wow, that's really great! I have been dreaming of making a papercraft model of the Enterprise myself. But it would be in 1:1300 scale and that be about 50 cm long. What scale is yours?

i am kinda indifferent to enterprise. i have never made it all the way through the series, got to get around to it but i find it kinda boring and just cant get into it. my star trek hate goes to the next gen movies(ahhhhhhhhhhh nerd rage), and i HATE voyager with a passion.

Funnily enough, Enterprise gets better as it goes so you might want to give it another go. And indeed you have the measure of Voyager. In any case, since it's the only one that hasn't come up thus far, wanted to weigh in that, though it doesn't receive a lot of attention, DS9 is the best and comes highly recommended.

Anyway, enough of me. Keep up the good work!

Thats the beauty of papercraft, as many models as can build, versus the plastic or resin ones at 20-50$ each!

that's why i originally got into it, my model budget was eating a huge hole in my wallet. i keep building because of the challenge and the finished product some times is as good as a plastic kit
