Raging Mustang by enc86 Raging Mustang by enc86
Long after the bombs fell and society crumbled, ravenous groups of raiders formed. They hunted the wastes for anything or anyone that could be of "use" to them. They modified vehicles from the old world to fit their violent environment. equipped with a upgraded engine, afterburners, smoke launchers, spiked battering ram and king sized cup holders, the "Raging Mustang" is ready to terrorize any unlucky soul......

So this project was a dual request with :iconhankypanky68: i requested he do a sci-fi themed hot wheel [link] and he requested i do a post apocalyptic style car. its been over three years since i did a car so it sounded like a nice change of pace. the car i used was actually the first model i built when i got into modeling
[link] So it seemed fitting that i use the kit that got me back into modeling.
the whole project took me around two days and all the details are from the bits box. had a blast making this thing(might have to do more in the future) and couldn't be happier with the result!

looks bad ass, the last kit I built was a chevelle and since it was my last I wanted it to look as realistic as possible

it was one of my favorites I did. I had a roadrunner that I wired up LED lights in the headlights to make it look cooler and well it broke after the move, got slammed against some junk and was broke beyond repair. I really miss doing the aircraft and miniature soliders, I had at one time an entire panzer unit with a set of german officers displayed out front
