In the savage wasteland, one of the keys to survival is salvage and technology. the USC (United Sovereign Colonies) knows this full well and deploys the mighty "Rhino" trucks to do such task. with a heavy winch, crane and upgraded tires the "Rhino" can gather even the most hard to get to scrap. the wasteland is a Dangerous place and sometimes the best defense is a good offense, thats why the "Rhino" is armed with a T-1000 Plasma cannon. the raiders and zombies just dont stand a chance with a Rhino is their path.
Anyways here is my Rhino truck built up from a old model i had and random junk. painted with "model Masters" enamels and weathered with art acrylics and pastels. this was kinda a practice piece for me and was good to get more experience with the post apocalyptic stuff before i tear into a very new and expensive tank. Overall i am happy but certain things could of been much better. i didn't plan out the tires or how to attach them in-till very far along in the build and this caused some headaches(lessen learned) overall tho it was really fun and a great learning experience for me.
Sweet built! The way its built and weathered makes me think of Borderlands I've seen several model builders do something like this, and I'm kinda itching to do one after seeing yours. I have a Bronco I did years ago with a weathered paintjob, i think that would be a good start for something like this!
The oldness of the truck its like whysky, makes everything even better!!
